Macie’s Foundation was created in honor of a little girl whose strength continues to inspire a movement of hope, compassion, and change. Born with medical challenges that required constant care, Macie showed the world what resilience looks like. Her bright spirit, her courage, and her ability to spark joy in every room became the heart of our mission.

What began as a family’s desire to honor Macie’s journey has grown into a foundation dedicated to uplifting medically fragile, critically ill, and economically disadvantaged children across America. The early days were simple—small community efforts, care packages, and moments of support for families walking similar paths. But as Macie’s story touched more people, those small acts blossomed into something much larger.

Over time, we expanded to include wish-granting, family support programs, and community initiatives that create magical moments for children who need them most. Each step of our growth has been grounded in the same belief that started it all: every child deserves joy, dignity, and a chance to feel celebrated, no matter their medical or life circumstances.
